This auction is for a Series of 1929 Ten Dollars National Currency banknote from the First National Bank of Wilmerding, Pennsylvania. This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed – edges rough in areas and oddly cut); edge indents/nicks (some small tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
