Shipping We ship orders either via Fedex, GLS-US (West Coast orders), or LTL Freight (for large or bulky shipments). Handling time for shipment on orders will be between 1-3 business days depending on availability in our warehouse. Shipping Damages, Items Missing If your shipment has arrived damaged or is missing: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery! All shipping companies require notification within 48 hours of receipt to report damage or loss. Delivery carriers will not accept any claims for damage or loss after 48 hours. It is extremely important to save all packaging material for inspection by the shipping carrier. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Performance Plus Tire.
