The Buyer has 14-30 days to return item. Item must be returned unused and in the same new condition as received. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the reason for return is simply because the Buyer changed his/her mind, does not want/need the item any longer, does not like the item, decided to purchase the item from another seller; or a combination of these. Once the item is returned and received, we will inspect it for any damage and/or defects. Once we conclude it is in the same condition as originally shipped, we will issue a refund to the PayPal account the item was purchase with. Credit Card purchases are also refunded to PayPal. Once we have the PayPal refund information we will email the buyer with it. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure PayPal then refunds the charges to the credit card used.
If the reason for returning the product is because it arrived damaged, non-operational or in any form which would not seem fit of a new product, then we will take responsibility and request the buyer ship the item back to us (in these cases we will pay for the return shipping). Once we receive the item, we will investigate and inspect it, to find out what went wrong or how the item came to be damaged. Once our investigation is concluded we will issue the refund.
