Please Note: We are unable to accept returns on spare parts SHIPPING RETURNS PAYMENT Items are generally dispatched same/next business day after payment is cleared however please allow 2-10 business days for delivery when selecting our Free Shipping option, 2-6 for Tracked and Express delivery is 1-3 business days. Our dispatch transit times applies once payment has been cleared and does not include date of dispatch. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post letter mail depending on its size and weight. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number for items sent with tracking. For orders that qualify to be sent with a letter service, these orders are untracked. Please note items sent to parcel lockers and parcel collect location that classify as letters will in most cases be redirected to the physical address associated with your MyPost account. Australia Post Deliveries Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection. A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are returned due to incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the Post Office. Most smaller orders will be sent as regular letter mail which does not require signature and will simply be placed into your letter box. Courier Deliveries All items sent via courier will be able to be tracked online and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been dispatched. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive. 30 Day Returns If your item was purchased in error, or you’ve simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund.
