Our warranty covers all manufacturer defects such as movement, battery, material etc. Watches with defects disclosed (New with Defects) may not be eligible for coverage. The warranty does not cover any damage incurred by the user through water damage, shock, impact or magnetic influence. Physical or visual damage like scratches and dents are not covered. When approved for a return, we will provide you with a shipping label through a trackable and insured courier. Any packages received not using our label may be refused for processing. Any watch that has been in our possession for over a year unclaimed will be considered abandoned and become property of Multi Watch Brand.
