Up for sale on Buy-It-Now for 125.00, is a New, & is 46.5 inches long, with any of the Callaway, Driver or Fairway Wood sleeves needed for the buyers application, is a MRC MMT 304 Stainless Steel 70 gram X-stiff shaft, which is a mid/low launch, mid/low spin shaft, a high kick with a soft butt section & a slightly stiff mid & tip section, which will not open up no matter how hard you can swing, this shaft is in New condition & for a Driver or Fairway wood shaft in X-stiff flex & will be installed with any of the Callaway, Driver or Fairway Wood sleeves installed, such as the newer Dual Cog Great Big Bertha series, such as the G.B.B. Epic, Epic Flash, Epic Subzero, Epic Star, Epic, SubZero, Jailbreak, Mavrik, Rogue, XR, X-2-Hot, Optiforce, Fusion, Alpha 815/816, Black Double Diamond, B.B. Alpha, Bertha Mini Driver & any that I missed or just coming out, for Driver or Fairway Wood sleeve or the earlier Single Cog sleeves for the Razr, Razr Fit, Razr Fit Extreme, X-Hot or X-Hot Pro, Driver sleeves installed, to the buyers specs upon purchase. The shaft will come with a new grip of your choice from my selection of which I have many from Golf Pride, Winn, Lamkin & many others in all sizes. I will also build the shaft to your specs, for length, sleeve setup and ship it with priority mail or ground advantage shipping, once it has been purchased, or if you have a club that doesn’t use the sleeve in the head, ship it to me & I will install it in that club as well; this shaft has the new Metal Mesh Technology (MMT), which has strategically adapted to maximize performance within a lighter and thinner -walled structure on Driver/Fairway Wood shafts, by applying this new material in the grip section, the metal mesh provides an area of focused strength & stability to create a shaft that feels stout, but produces a satisfying, clean feel- even at higher swing speeds produced by better players. The increase in density from MMT also allows for an optimum balance point with no reduction in responsiveness, that are perfect for higher swing speed players who wants to experience the powerful mix of strength and feel created by Metal Mesh Technology. a fairly soft butt section for players that have a smoother or slightly quicker transition, which like to feel the butt section load, which accelerates the lower sections through the ball at impact, thereby generating more swing speed combined with a stiff mid & tip section delivers a lower launch low spin drive that will roll out after the ball lands, it has great feel, for effortless drives, this depends on the players swing speed, launch conditions, shoulder plane & driver loft as well. I will list the numbers on this shaft in 4 places, once I get a chance, so it can be compared with several others that I have listed to help the buyer better evaluate not only this shaft but others as well, keep in mind that the shafts profile can help you with your accuracy, striking the ball at impact in the sweet spot and distance when it matches your swing parameters, mentioned above. SHAFT NUMBERS Butt Butt 2 mid tip NOTE: all of these shafts I have had in stock, but have sold, most of them, but have others in stock like them but the numbers will be different & as I get others in or sell these listed, I will update list, these numbers relate to the profile of the shaft, the larger the number the stiffer it plays at that section, even though the butt section numbers don’t show much difference, remember this reading is right below the grip, so a small difference can make a much larger difference in how the shaft loads & feels, basically the softer the butt the more it loads on the downswing & the more it unloads at impact, accelerating the head through the ball at impact. When the butt gets trimmed to play shorter, by removing 2 or 3 inches from the butt, it makes the butt stiffer which in turn loads less than when at the 46 inch full length, so by how much it is shortened depends on how much stiffer the butt will be, if you want to know how much stiffer the butt will be, let me know what length you want the shaft to be, & I can measure it for you, for the best accurate way of doing this is to remove your shaft from the head & measure it from the end of the sleeve to the end of the grip, as there isn’t any standard playing length anymore with stock drivers. I also want to state that if we had several of these same exact shafts the numbers would be different, as the shafts companies can’t make them the same, case in point, I recently had 3 of the Fuji Atmos Blacks, which I bought for a customer in another country, because he wanted 2 with different sleeves on them, I measured all 3 & sent him the numbers, the two he picked were the two softer ones, so remember if you try someone else shaft & it feels really good & think if you get the same it will be the same, there is a very small chance that it is going to happen, I have measured thousands of shafts & the two I sent him were as probably as close together as any two I have found in over 15 years of doing this & they weren’t exactly the same either, but were reasonably close as any I have measured.
