This is the Ultimate Upgrade Kit for your Ortur Laser Master 2 PRO MODEL laser engraver. Have you been piecing together all of your upgrades for your LM2 Pro? We put them all in one package so you can take an already great laser to it’s limits. In this kit KGD has included:- Bottom Mount or SF Air Assist (with 6 feet of air hose optional)- Z Axis Adjuster Kit With Bit Drive & 4 Knob Options- Belt Tensioners x2 (with 2 upgraded belts optional) for your Y Belts- Retaining Feet adjustable height using common building bricks.- Focus Spacer – replaces the included metal cylinder (for fixed focus model 50mm)- Focus Card (for seeing your beam or focal « dot » better)- T-Handle Wrench (which hangs on your extrusion so you can easily find it)- 6 pack Nozzle Package (see image for sizing) or 3 different nozzles for SF option **THIS KIT IS ONLY FOR THE ORTUR LASER MASTER 2 PRO MODEL (NEW) AND WORKS WITH:LU2-4 MODELS. THIS WILL NOT FIT THE LU1 MODELS. Item Descriptions——- Air Assist (LF does not include air assist) Bottom Mounted Air Assist (for LU2-4 12V/24V models) or Side Mount Air Assist (for SF Model). There is no Air Assist for the LF model as it already has one built into the module. Get deeper cuts by removing the debris with our air assist. Cleaner engravings and overall better performance. If you have shop air, we recommend between 20-25psi. Small pumps will show great improvement as well but not as good as the larger pumps. Checks the links below if you still need a pump. Simple and slim. This air assist takes up almost no real estate on your module. It conveniently attaches to the already existing threaded holes in the bottom of your Laser Master 2 Pro Model module. If you choose the SF model, note that you will NOT have to remove your red acrylic shield to use it. You can use our SF Air Assist with your shield still in place! Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro only. This will not fit the LU1 LM2 modules. If you are looking for an air assist for the regular LM2 model, please see our other listing – https://www.ebay.com/itm/334130686889 Tools Required:2mm allen wrench Install:-Fasten both attachment brackets to the module’s threaded holes with the provided M3 screws-arrange and fasten in all of your adjustable links, hose mount, and air nozzle-Install your 6mm hose (sold separately)-Guide hose up to the stepper area-Secure hose with zip ties to the wire loom-Place Nozzle at 45 Degrees 2-3mm from laser dot on workpiece. —– Z Axis Adjuster Ortur PRO MODEL Z Axis Adjuster – Works with Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro Model Only Gives you 40mm of Z travel for quick and easy focus YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST YOU ENDSTOP and we recommend moving the end stop before running your laser. Uses 4mm allen wrench to adjust, includes Tool Holder and T-Handle wrench Install:-Entirely disassemble the z axis adjuster, if it came assembled-Remove the dovetail pieces from both your carriage and module-Replace those pieces with the printed counter-parts and slide it together on the machine-Insert barrel nut and drop M5 bolt through hole in the top of the carriage plate-Attach the bolt lock clip over the bolt head and screw down with provided M3 screws and nuts —– Bit Drive & Knob Pack Easily raise and lower your King Gubby Z Axis Adjuster with our upgraded knobs. If you aren’t needing to adjust your module’s height by much, our knobs make minor adjustments a breeze. Choose one or buy the variety pack if you like different adjusting styles (or have multiple lasers to adjust). You may need our replacement belts with longer belts, to see if your belts are long enough-You need to remove the washers that previously Locked your belt on the side that you install the tensioners Y belt needs to be at least 660mmThese are the minimum if you are cutting belt off a roll leave a little extra The belts that we sell as an add-on to this product are GT2 timing belts that are 6mm wide.
