The jacket is new with tags, the size is Men’s XS but does have some dust from storage. The jacket is waterproof and has the zip in liner and removable armor padding. Please see the last picture for the full tag on the jacket, it gives all the information. #4.3 BM60-32 Please look over all photos carefully and ask any questions before buying.
