This is a Yamaha Xeno YTR-8445GS trumpet in C—a large-bore, heavy weight horn in silver plate. This is also the upgraded version with the gold brass bell, giving you a broader, more expansive tone than the standard yellow brass version. It is in excellent condition: plating about 99.9% with little if any wear at all, and near-perfect with no noticeable dents, dings, scratches or other imperfections. It is simply a stunning instrument. Just through the shop where it needed almost nothing except being lubed and polished and having the tuning slide O-rings replaced. Valves are fast and smooth and quiet with nearly-new compression. All tuning slides are free. The large bore and heavy weight give you a huge, dark sound with tons of projection that will fill up an auditorium. Comes in an excellent Yamaha Custom Xeno double case, but if you prefer a single case, no case, or even a new ProTec triple case, please reach out to us for arrangement.
